I was recommended this location from a co-worker that had used them in the past, called up and the person over the phone was very informative and had correct information when compared to other shops i had called, which was a great relief. Service was great, walked in and was greeted almost instantly and given a quick diag to which i thought would take 1 hr took little under 15-20 mins. The quote I was also given was must better here for repairs then i got from other shops they told me the problem and didn't try to sell me on other things like every other shop did they actually gave honest advise which is hard to come by nowadays, I will definitely use this shop again as i noticed after going in they offer a lot of services.
I was referred to Mad Hatter by roommate who goes here for all get car needs. I had my car towed during off hours and called them the next morning. The problem was assessed and repaired very quickly and the cost was very reasonable. They offered amazing customer service and they clearly value their customers feedback. I would recommend Mad Hatter to anyone needing any car repairs
