JC Moya - I went to Mad Hatters to get my annoying exhaust sound fixed. I was extremely pleased by their customer care, price, and service. Ileana was very helpful, answered all questions clearly and didn't try to rip me off. They even took time to show me what was wrong with my car while it was on the rack. I can definitely say that I drove out of there fully satisfied with everything and if I ever need any more repair work I won’t hesitate to go back.

I am fairly new to the Tampa area and found this place via a quick web search. I read the reviews and decided to make my way out to their location. I called first and was immediately amazed at the level of customer service and knowledge of Henry. I advised what I needed done to my exhaust and he knew exactly what I was talking about and gave suggestions that had my best interest in mind. Showed up on a Saturday and was impressed with the look of the shop and the amount of selection they had to offer as for exhaust needs. They advised of the price up front, let me know the plan of execution, and even let me see the progression. Needless to say I would take my car here for any exhaust need; if I wasn't DIY car enthusiast I would utilize this business for any automotive need just based on the attention to detail and service. I would even recommend my family and friends to visit this place for any mechanical issue. Thanks again guys!!V/ROscar

Great, quick, reasonable job! I went to Mad Hatter because they're close to home and fortunately it turned out to be a good thing! I was concerned with being without my car because it's needed for work. They got it in and out in no time!Thanks tons!

I'm not getting any younger.............will be sixty the end of this year. Never in my life did I think I would find a mechanic shop that I could trust.Twice I've had problems with my 2007 Saturn XR (once an exhust problem and the second, the need for a total brake job). Each time I was completely and pleasantly surprised by the experience.Victor runs a great shop, great service and very good pricing.I trust this shop above all others..
