After I posted my review, the owner of Mad Hatter contacted me with genuine concern about my service. I explained the entire situation to him and he asked if I would allow him to make it right! I agreed, and they made it right. I had already bought a new water pump and was going to install it myself. He asked if I would allow him to install the part I purchased, as long as it was a quality part. Now, don't think if you complain that you are going to get something for free.......because I did not get anything for free. But, I was not asking for a free handout. They installed my water pump for an agreed upon price. I am now completely satisfied with my visit and will definitely return in the future. Please learn from my experience, if you are not completely satisfied asked to talk to the owner before leaving. They are a family owned business that relies on their reputation.

Omg,thank God for Mad Hatters. After several other shops did more damage than good,I was finally referred to Mad Hatter. Let's just say they fixed everything and more. Prices were also a little lower than expected. Please trust me,save yourself money,time,and a headache and just go straight to Mad Hatter. They get things right the first time. And best of all,they don't tear other things up just to get back. They work speaks for itself.
