The service here is prompt and very sincere. I took my car here for a starter issue and they sourced the problem to be a result of another known issue with the car. They were precise in diagnosing the problem and clear in providing an upfront quote with full explanation of the work they were going to do. During the service, the service writer kept me updated with their progress and sent pictures of the failed components highlighting the problem areas so I could see it with my own eyes. This alone is an invaluable level of service, especially these days with the dishonesty at some auto shops revealed by the media. On another occasion, I have taken another one of my vehicles to MH for exhaust weld repairs. Pricing was very fair for prompt service. Their work remains strong years later. I am very happy with the level of service I receive at MH and would recommend them to anyone!

Today I stopped into the location on Waters looking for a bracket bolt assembly. The manager went out into the garage and returned a few minutes later with the part I was looking for. I explained to him that this was for an Amateur Radio antenna mast mount that was stripped out. Even though the original part I had was bad and not under his warranty in anyway, he replaced it for free to me. Now, that is what I call service above and beyond. John, K4ZVO
