My car broke down right in front of their shop. I coasted in and left it overnight. I stopped by the next morning and they opened early for me to tell them the problem (alternator). Within a couple of hours, they had determined what I needed and called me. Communication was excellent, service was quick and the price was reasonable. Mike was extremely good. I LOVE this place!!!'

Great place! Fast and knowledgable. I had an issue with the radiator of my car and it was fixed same day.

Decided to all here after seeing reviews online. I called for pricing at a couple other shops as well. And Henry at the Water's location answered and was phenominal. He listened to my needs and offered me options with pricing. He was willing to go out of their way to accommodate me with my schedule. I made the schedule work and am so happy I did. It cost exactly what he said it would. They were efficient. Right on time. And extremely welcoming. I will be back and I will tell everyone I know how great this location is. Thank you guys!

This is really a go to place! The place is very clean and their people are very trustworthy. They aren't rude, very froward and will get the job done. Not only done but done right. Is your car making weird sounds or has any problems at all? Mad Hatter is the place to go! They ABSOLUTLY deserve the 5 star rating!
