The Mad Hatter crew did it again!!!! Chad was exceptional in getting us in right when they opened and having us on our way immediately after. He was friendly, funny, and very down to earth. We appreciate the care he put into his approach to customer service and our car. We will definitely be back and never use someone else! Thanks guys!
The service has been great!!! Every time I go there I get seen very quickly and my car gets done exactly the time they tell me. I will always recommend anyone to get their oil change or other services here at MADHATTER!!!!!
I saw that this place had great reviews so I thought I would give this place a try glad I did. i have had bad experiences at other places and the Toyota dealership made changes I dont like and always hassles me to do other repairs I may or may not need. I didnt get hassled at this place. Was very affordable. Would go back again. Didnt have to wait very long. Nick who runs the place was very nice and showed me where to put washer fluid in my car because I wasnt sure where to put it. Thank you Nick and to the worker who worked on my car. I hope sythentic oil was used on my car I forgot to ask have a lot on my mind. If u see this review please let me know.
