First time visiting the shop got my breaks done on my mini coooper and they did a great job and the best part is that they offered a military discount.

Today, Mad Hatter just "stole" me from another shop I have visited before. Doug and his team are wonderful. They got my brakes and rotars replaced and even found an additional problem with the mechanism and repaired that. The prices were more than fair. They kept me informed while I waited and were not only informative and attentive to my car and it's needs, they invited me to feel comfortable while I waited. From today, forward, I will be recommending this shop to friends and neighbors and I will be returning for all my car needs. THANK YOU, Doug and your team!!

Decided to all here after seeing reviews online. I called for pricing at a couple other shops as well. And Henry at the Water's location answered and was phenominal. He listened to my needs and offered me options with pricing. He was willing to go out of their way to accommodate me with my schedule. I made the schedule work and am so happy I did. It cost exactly what he said it would. They were efficient. Right on time. And extremely welcoming. I will be back and I will tell everyone I know how great this location is. Thank you guys!
