My hotel clerk sent me here and I am so glad. Our tail pipe was damaged and they were able to fix it in a half hour at a reasonable cost, plus we received a senior discount. Being from out of town we could have been ripped off but the exact opposite happened, friendly good service is what we received, wish more people were like this.

Goggled best custom exhaust to have an x-pipe installed on my 2018 Ford Mustang GT and they came up as one of the best. Live in Zephyrhills and was well worth the drive as they did a very professional job with the install. Welded the back to ensure the exhaust tips were aligned and painted the welds. Highly recommend. Excellent job!!

I am very happy with the excellent job you guys did to my 2014 Audi A4 Allroad 2.0T Exhaust, I came all the way from Kissimmee, FL to you guys and I will definitely come back for other upgrades I want to get done for my car, thank you guys(Mad Haters Muffler)

Justin assisted me with what he found was a hiccup with my car signals. What happened was my check engine light was on in the beginning of the week but went away at the time of the appointment. He was very kind and demonstrated great customer service with making sure the engine was performing as it should.

A great example of excellent customer service. Had a custom exhaust system installed over 7 years ago. Hangers had broken (little metal pieces that stabilize the pipes to the frame) and Madhatter staff got me in right away and replaced them. On top of that they discovered other areas on my truck that needed immediate attention and instructed me on what was wrong and where to get it fixed. This saved me even more money in future damages. From the manager to the mechanics very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!!
